Lab Dot AI - Karol Boguniewicz, al. Solidarności 68/121, 00-240 Warszawa, stands behind The Ableton Extensions Workshop.

The short version

Full refund, no questions asked, up to 48 hours before the start. Attend live, follow along, and if you do not leave with a working extension, email within 7 days for a full refund.

How to ask

Email hello@ursarix.com from the address you bought with and say you want a refund. There is no form to fill in.

How long it takes

We start the refund within two working days. Your bank usually shows it within five to ten days after that.

Chargebacks

Please write to us first. A refund is faster than a chargeback and we would rather sort it out with you.

Our promise

Full refund, no questions asked, up to 48 hours before the start. Attend live, follow along, and if you do not leave with a working extension, email within 7 days for a full refund.

Questions about any of this? Email hello@ursarix.com and a person will answer.
